Rehearsal Rooms
Our new facility offers our clients 10 REHEARSAL SPACES! We are offering hourly, and monthly rental spaces. All rooms are air conditioned, and independently isolated (making a much quieter room).
All Monthly Spaces are secured by video surveillance, and an electronically monitored coded entry system to ensure a completely safe and secure space to rehearse. We have two different size monthly rooms: 16x12 and 16x14. Both have 8 ft ceilings. All of the monthly rooms have complete 24 hour access, free wi-fi, and your own key to the room.
The Hourly Rooms have complete PA systems, guitar and bass cabinets, and a 5 piece drum kit (less cymbals and kick pedal). The room sizes: 14x12x8. Please see below for pictures of the rooms.
Monthly Room Rates
Monthly rooms: $275 for the 16x12 rooms and $325 for the 16x14 rooms.
Hourly Room Rates
Hourly Rooms: $12 per hour (one hour minimum) includes equipment.
Hourly Room Reservations
For your convenience, we have two payment options available. You can pay online with a credit card by using PayPal (a paypal account is not needed to use this feature), or by paying cash at the time of arrival. Sorry, checks are not allowed. Please call us first to verify the time and date you are wanting, is available. After verifying with us your available time slot, select the PayPal "Buy Now" button to purchase the time and date you requested. Remember to enter the amount of hours you are reserving. Simply enter the date and time you requested in the comments field at checkout.
Please, be courteous to other fellow musicians by making sure all the other members of your band are in agreement with the time slot before making a reservation. Too often bands reserve a room and then cancel the last minute because someone in the band was not informed of the scheduled practice. Doing this creates an unused room because the room can't be booked in such short notice. We request a minimum of 24 hours be observed if a cancellation is necessary.
